After the consultation you get a quote that you accept online. The artist plans the sessions; depending on the studio you pay a deposit and then per session, and at the end comes the final invoice.
Many artists draw your design before the appointment. The deposit secures that work and your slot. If you cancel within the studio's cancellation period, it is refunded automatically.
